Con man and gambler Percunius Wadsworth Wellington arrives on the scene and asks the SilverHawks for help. He has been robbed and cheated by the mob controlled Starship Casino. The SilverHawks want to help but can't as they have no jurisdiction in the casinos. But the Copper Kid resolves to unofficially help Wellington in "Copper Kid Beats the Odds."
